Ch 2: Simplifying with Variables

Chapter 2 Student Learning Objectives
SLO 1.2 Given a pattern, I can recognize its growth and predict future figures.
SLO 1.4:
I can recognize a proportional relationship from a graph or table and as a set of equal ratios.

SLO 2.1: I can write an algebraic expression/equation from a given set of algebra tiles or story
SLO 2.2: I can evaluate algebraic expressions.
SLO 2.3: I can simplify algebraic expressions and determine which side of an algebra tile model is greater
SLO 2.4: I can solve an algebraic equation for an unknown variable (and show corresponding work).
