Ch 3: Transformations and Solving

Chapter 3 Student Learning Objectives
SLO 3.1: I can Identify and create rotated, reflected, and translated polygons and demonstrate that these are rigid motion transformations that create congruent figures.
SLO 3.2:  I can Identify and create dilated polygons and understand/show that these are similar shapes.
SLO 3.3: I can determine the slope and write the equation of parallel and perpendicular lines
SLO 3.4: I can multiply polynomial expressions and verify the Distributive Property using area models.  I can then multiply expressions algebraically without first creating an area model.
SLO 3.5: I can use multiple methods for solving advanced one-variable equations.
SLO Review Section: Exponent Properties and Domain and Range
